You’ve built a business that works. But you’re checking messages before you’re out of bed. You’ve hired people, yet somehow everything still comes back to you. At dinner, you’re nodding at your partner while rewriting an email in your head.

You love building. You want to keep succeeding. You also want to enjoy the life you’re working so hard for.

Over 12 weeks, we find where your time is going, free up five hours a week, and work on what keeps pulling you back in.

If you attend the sessions, complete the actions we agree on, and haven’t got five hours a week back by week 12, I refund every cent.

What you get back

Five hours a week that belong to you.

An afternoon with your children. Time to exercise. A long lunch. Whatever you’ve been saying you’ll do when things calm down.

Evenings when work actually ends.

You close the laptop without spending the next three hours thinking about what’s on it.

A team you can leave things with.

You hand something over without checking every detail afterward or taking it back because “it’s quicker if I do it.”

More room to sleep and recover.

We work on helping you settle when the working day is over. We track how you feel and, if you use a wearable, what’s happening with your sleep.

A clearer view of what’s worth your time.

The meetings you don’t need to attend. The work you shouldn’t still be doing. Where you’re undercharging, overgiving, or letting a client take far more than they pay for.

We track business performance alongside your hours. We want you getting time back while the business continues to perform.

Why you haven’t managed it yet

It’s Wednesday. There’s a gap in your calendar, and your daughter has a ski lesson you could go to.

But there’s an investor email. A hire you keep putting off. And that feeling that leaving now would somehow be irresponsible.

So you stay.

You probably know you could delegate more or stop checking your phone. But when you try, something in you won’t leave it alone.

You wonder whether the work is being done properly. Whether someone needs you. Whether you’ve earned the right to stop.

That’s what we work on alongside the calendar.

Using my Creator Mode Method, you learn to recognize when Survival Mode is running the show, shift your state, and work through the beliefs keeping you in the same pattern.

Then we apply it where it matters: letting someone else own a decision, having the conversation you’ve avoided, or going home while there’s still work you could do.

Because clearing five hours won’t help much if you feel compelled to fill them again.

The 12 weeks

Week 1

Find the time and what’s keeping you from taking it.

Before we meet, I review your calendar and a voice note walking me through your week, including the work that never appears in the calendar.

We establish your starting hours and identify the first things to stop, shorten, or hand over. We also work on what makes those changes difficult for you.

You leave with a clear starting point and a plan to reclaim your first 90 minutes.

Weeks 2–4

Start getting your week back.

We put the changes into practice. That might mean getting out of meetings you don’t need to be in, setting a boundary with a client, or handing over work with clear instructions so it stays handed over.

You receive a personalized guided audio for the situations where you need it most: before a big meeting, after conflict, before going home, or when your head won’t settle at night.

We work toward three hours back each week.

Weeks 5–8

Stop taking it all back.

This is where we work more deeply on what happens when you slow down or let someone else take responsibility.

The guilt. The checking. The urge to step in. The feeling that you should be doing more, even when things are going well.

You practice shifting your state in those moments, so you can make a different choice and follow through.

Weeks 9–12

Make it work when life gets demanding.

A launch. Travel. A difficult week with the team. We use what actually comes up to make sure the changes hold when you need them most.

You still have me every week and on voice notes. We catch where you’re slipping back and work through it.

You finish with five hours a week back and a written guide to your own patterns and what works for you, so you can keep using it after we finish.

Everything included

12 weekly, 60-minute one-to-one sessions

Private online sessions focused on your business, your life, and what’s getting in the way. We work through the decisions in front of you and the patterns that keep making them harder than they need to be.

A calendar and delegation review, prepared for you

You send me your calendar and a short voice note explaining your week. I review them before we meet and give you specific recommendations: what to cut, shorten, hand over, or protect, and an estimate of the time each change could free up.

A closer look at one working day

On a typical day, you send a few short voice notes as you go. What you planned to do, what you ended up doing, what interrupted you, what you couldn’t leave alone. In our session, we look at where the day got away from you and what would prevent it happening tomorrow.

Help handing work over properly

We work through up to two important handovers, including draft instructions and clear responsibility. If useful, we bring your assistant or team member into one short video call. You leave knowing who owns the work, when they need your input, and what you can stop checking.

Voice-note support between sessions

You’re about to send an email you might regret. You’ve agreed to something you don’t have time for. Send me a voice note and we work with it while it’s happening. Replies within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and absences I’ve told you about.

Preparation and debrief for important conversations

An investor meeting. A negotiation. A conversation with someone whose work you’re unhappy with. We prepare so you go in clear, and afterward we look at what happened and what to do next. Where appropriate, and with everyone’s permission, I can review a recording or join one meeting online in place of a scheduled session.

Personalized guided audio, made for you

Around 10 minutes, updated when needed. Settling before an important meeting, coming down after a difficult conversation, switching off before you walk through the door at home. Listen somewhere you can safely pause, never while driving.

Progress you can see

At the start, halfway through, and at the end, we review your working hours, energy, ability to switch off, and relevant business measures. Are you getting your time back, and are you able to enjoy it?

Your own written guide

A record of what pulls you into Survival Mode, how it shows up for you, and what helps you shift. Plus the boundaries, decisions, and practices that made the difference, so you know what to return to when an old habit creeps back.

What’s required from you

You

One 60-minute session a week. Around 10 minutes a day with your personalized audio. Follow-through on the actions we agree on. You make the decisions and put them into practice.

Me

I do the review and preparation, help draft the handovers, and work with you on what makes change difficult.

The guarantee

Five hours back, or a full refund.

Attend the sessions and complete the agreed weekly actions. If you haven’t got five hours a week back by week 12, I refund every cent.

At the start, we record your actual working hours across two typical weeks, including evening work and anything that doesn’t appear in your calendar.

We compare that weekly average with your working hours in weeks 11 and 12.

Five hours back means five fewer hours working each week. Moving work into your evenings doesn’t count. Filling the space with other work doesn’t count either.

We also track business performance, sleep, and energy. The money-back guarantee applies to the five hours.

Pay in full and receive

A private Next Chapter intensive

One additional 90-minute online session at the end of the program to decide what the next chapter is for.

You’ve spent years building the business. Now that every available hour doesn’t have to belong to it, what do you want? Perhaps you want to grow while being less involved in the day-to-day. Perhaps there’s something you’ve wanted to build, somewhere you want to live, or a part of your life you’ve kept postponing.

We give that proper attention. You leave with clear decisions about your role, what you want to make room for, and a plan for the next 90 days. We put it in your calendar while we’re together.
